Day 1
Travel to Disneyland® Paris and enjoy Dinner at your Disney® Hotel
Travel to Disneyland® Paris, arriving at your onsite Disney® Hotel, Disney’s Newport Bay Club. Set beside Lake Disney, you are just a few minutes walk from Disney Village® and a short ride to the Disney® Parks by free shuttle bus.
Upon arrival, check in and get freshened up before enjoying a three course meal at the Yacht Club restaurant, conveniently located at Disney’s Newport Bay Club.
Why not grab a drink at one of the bars in the Disney Village®, or spend a relaxing evening in your hotel and prepare yourself for a morning of meetings and team-building activities.
Day 2
A day of productive meetings and thrilling attractions, before a Gala Dinner to remember!
Enjoy a continental buffet breakfast at your hotel before making your way to the conference venue.
Conference and meeting rooms are ideally located in Disney’s Newport Bay Club, and are available from 9am – 1pm. Tailored to ensure your needs and requirements are met, you will be able to make the most of your time in the conference space. Additional services can be added should you need further audiovisual and technical equipment. Supplements may apply, please ask for more details.
After a busy morning of getting down to business, you will get the chance to visit the two Disney® Parks.
In Disneyland® Park, make the most of exploring 5 lands where the world of fantasy becomes a reality!
Or for the film fanatics amongst you, make your way to Walt Disney Studios® Park, where the world of movies and television comes alive!
After enjoying the Parks, it will be time to freshen up before heading to a gala dinner, where you will feel like a star!
Tonight, the Walt Disney Studios® Park is exclusively reserved for your company. The entire studios with their Hollywood sets and unfinished stories are waiting for you to give them life again.
What’s more, you’ll be able to book one or more of the attractions for your own private use and experience a night as a Disney VIP!
Day 3
Check out of your Disney® Hotel and travel home
After a magical few days, it will be time to say ‘Au Revoir’ to Disneyland® Paris and travel home with memories to last a lifetime.
Disney’s Newport Bay Club
You’ll find a celebration of all things sea-faring at Disney’s Newport Bay Club. Set a course for relaxation and enjoy the atmosphere of a 1920s New England mansion on the shores of Lake Disney. It even has its own lighthouse.
The hotel has recently been renovated and the refurbished rooms boast a stylish and nautical ambience with all rooms containing 2 double beds as well as offering complimentary Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV.
Inside you’ll find plenty of opportunities to relax in the welcoming atmosphere of a New England sailing club. As well as a choice of restaurants and the Fisherman’s Wharf bar, you’ll find a swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool bath and fitness room.
