Explore Prague
Walking Tour – The cheapest way to discover Prague is on one of their free walking tours. Introduce your group to Prague’s most significant sites on a half day tour; these including the Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Tours begin in the Old Town Square with an introduction into the beauty of the medieval architecture. As you weave through the cobbled streets you will stop at the Jewish Quarter; here you will learn of the struggle of the Jews in Prague; having to congregate here after being expelled from living in other areas. The tour will also take you to Charles Bridge, connecting the Old Town and the lesser town, and then to the castle.
Segway Tour – The Prague Segway tour is a unique way to discover the highlights of Prague. Visiting famous landmarks you will ride through various districts and parks whilst stopping at viewpoints along the way.
Sightseeing
Funicular Rail – Take the Funicular Rail from Lesser town up to Petrin Hill and the observation tower, where you can appreciate the magnificent views of Prague below you. You can also climb their version of the Eiffel Tower or stroll through the Petrin Gardens.
Museum of Communism – The Museum of Communism sets out to describe a narrative of the life of Czech people in the 20th Century Soviet Union times. The museum is divided into three sections; the communist dream, the communist reality and the communist nightmare. The museum attempts to bring the era to life with a series of artefacts, models and records from the past.
Beer Tasting
Tour the Pilsner Urquell brewery which has existed since 1842 when the first Pilsner Urquell was brewed. The brand has since gained prominence worldwide, and has provided the inspiration for over two thirds of beer produced in the world.
