Travel to Disneyland® Paris

Travel from the UK to Disneyland® Paris, arriving at your onsite Disney® Hotel, Disney’s Newport Bay Club. Set a course for relaxation and enjoy the atmosphere of a 1920’s New England mansion. Located just a 10 minute walk away or a couple of minutes via free shuttle bus from the Disney® Parks,  you will never be far from the magic! The rooms boast a stylish and nautical ambience and come with 2 double beds, and an en suite bathroom.

Upon arrival, check in and freshen up before exploring the many restaurants and bars that Disney Village® has to offer.  Or why not treat yourself to an evening of relaxation in the hotels indoor-outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna ready for a morning of meetings.

Enjoy a delicious hot buffet breakfast before making your way to the conference area.

Your meeting room is conveniently located within Disney’s Newport Bay Club and will be available from 9am until 1pm. Tailored to ensure your needs and requirements are met, you will be able to make the most of your time in the conference space. Additional services can be added should you need further audiovisual and technical equipment. Supplements may apply, please ask for more details.
After a busy morning of getting down to business, you will get the chance to visit the two Disney® Parks.
In Disneyland® Park, make the most of exploring 5 lands where the world of fantasy becomes a reality! Experience big thrills on Star Wars™ Hyperspace Mountain and Indiana Jones ™ and the Temple of Peril, if you dare.
Or for the film fanatics amongst you, make your way to Walt Disney Studios® Park, where the world of movies and television comes alive. Don’t wait in long queues to ride Ratatouille: The Adventure though, this will be privatised for you this evening!
Head back to Disney’s Newport Bay Club to freshen up before discovering a magical night in the heart of Walt Disney Studios® Park from 8:30pm.

Imagine street musicians playing French classics and a dinner in an animated Parisian Bistro where you will feast on French cuisine. Ratatouille: The Adventure will be open just for you, so get straight on the ride before enjoying your welcome cocktail at Bistrot Chez Remy, the dining experience will then begin when your ride closes at 9:30pm. Your guests will be escorted to the park’s exit at 11:30pm.

Meetings and departure day

You will have another morning of meetings in Disney’s Newport Bay Club after filling up on a delicious breakfast.
You will be able to use the meeting room as you did yesterday from 9am to 1pm, so make the most of it.

After all business has been completed, take a quick trip to Disney Village® for some last minute shopping and a bite to eat before saying ‘Au Revoir’ to Disneyland® Paris.
Head back home feeling motivated and inspired, with memories that will last a lifetime!
